Property Development

The Property Development and Planning Division implements projects for the Corporation in two key areas:

Identifies and undertakes the planning and development of projects for the development of a Bumiputera Commercial and Industrial Community (BCIC).

Provides affordable business premises for the development of Bumiputera entrepreneurs
Provides infrastructure to improve the quality of life of the rural community

Identifies and undertakes development of projects utilizing SEDC's land bank to enhance the Corporation's viability and financial growth through strategic alliances/smart partnerships with the private sector.

Projects include industrial premises, commercial buildings, business premises and residential houses throughout Sarawak.
