- The aim is to upgrade the product quality of the bumiputera entrepreneurs from the aspect of good packaging, labeling and branding to meet quality standards such as HACCP, GMP, GHP and Halal including sales and production of their products
- It also aims at improving the entrepreneurs productivity through continuous training and guidance
- The maximum loan is RM 50,000 with 4% interest rate
