- It is a mobile business concept for small scale Bumiputera entrepreneurs in rural areas
- The participant will be given a tricycle carrier and loan without interest for 30% of the overall value of the bike. 70% is in the form of grant.
- The tricycle carrier must be used for business purposes
- SEDC works together with other local authorities in: -
- Identifying participants
- Providing licenses and business permits
- Locating zones as business area
- They will also be given basic entrepreneur training and courses
- Their performance and usage of the tricycle carrier will be monitored regularly
