Sarawak Economic Development Corporation

In line with the government's aspiration in making agriculture sector as a new source of growth for the country, SEDC Sarawak through Agro Food Based Division is tasked to undertake projects in agriculture and food related ventures focusing on three main sectors - Livestock, Fisheries and Plantation.

The objectives of the Division are as follows:

1. To undertake new projects which are strategic and relevant to the economic development of the State through strategic alliances with reputable partners.
2. To pioneer new project especially on the introduction of new technology.
3. To enhance existing projects being undertaken by the Corporation.

This Division ventures into agricultural projects focusing primarily on three activities:-

• Livestock
• Fisheries
• Plantation
