This is a joint-venture between SEDC (30%) and Sarawak Oil Palms Berhad (70%) involved in the development of a 2,023 hectare oil palm plantation at Karabungan, Miri Division.

SARA-HL PLANTATION SDN BHD
This is a joint-venture between SEDC (30%) and Hon Lian Development Sdn Bhd (70%) involved in the development of a 3,125 hectare oil palm plantation in Lundu, Kuching Division.

GOOD HARVEST PLANTATION SDN BHD

This is a joint-venture between SEDC (30%) and Cocolin Industries Sdn Bhd (70%) involved in the development of 2,115 hectare coconut plantation in Asajaya, Samarahan Division.
