SEDC CLIENT'S
CHARTER We promise to: 1.
Project Implementation. - Will
acknowledge receipt of any business proposals within seven (7) working
days from the date of receipt of the same.
- Will give response on the outcome of
any business proposals within one (1) month from the date of the same.
- Will issue a letter of
appointment to the consultant/contractor within seven (7) working days
after gaining approval on their appointment.
2.
Entrepreneur Development.
- Will ensure that at least 30% of the total value of work issued by
the Corporation be awarded to Bumiputera Entrepreneurs.
- Will issue responses to all complete
applications on loans and business premises within fourteen (14)
working days from the date of receipt on the decision of the
application.
3.
Payment. - Will issue
payment on complete and indisputable bills and claims within seven (7)
working days from the date of receipt.
4.
Clients Complaints.
- Will
acknowledge receipt of client?s complaints within three (3) working
days.
- Will act on the
complaints within fourteen (14) working days.
