PURCHASE OF NEW FARM IN AUSTRALIA

Rosewood Station Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of SEDC Sarawak has purchased a new cattle farm in Australia with the details as follows:

Name of Farm: Strathmere and Beardie Aggregation
Size of Farm: 14,711 hectares
Location: St. George, Queensland, Australia
Date of Purchase: September 2007
Purpose of Farm:

To complement the operation of Rosewood Station, a cattle farm owned by Rosewood Station Pty Ltd in Northern Territory Australia.

Strathmere and Beardie Aggregation will be an ideal place for cattle fattening from Rosewood Station and cattle from other farms. The new farms's carrying capacity is 5000 heads.

Besides cattle fattening, the farm can also produce crops such as wheat and sorghum.
